WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
Everything that is offered in the Take2-Design Shop is our own design items, which are manufactured to the highest quality. The materials used include stainless steel, wood, silicone, ceramic and porcelain. The branding - the refinement through color printing, engraving and etching - takes place in Germany.
 
WHAT DOES THE ADDITION "THE ORIGINAL" MEAN?
Every "Clack" egg opener you see in the shop is manufactured exclusively by Take2-Design. Here you will find the original "Clack" eggshell breaker opener. All other design items are also originals and are produced exclusively by Take2-Design.

ARE ALL ITEMS DEVELOPED BY TAKE2 DESIGNERS?
We have been working with renowned designers for many years. Many products are the work of company founders Markus Roling and Volker Zitzmann. Over the years, numerous new design objects have been added by Take2 and external designers. In the Take2-Design online shop, we only offer our self-designed original products.

HOW LONG ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
You can find the specific delivery time in the product description section. The exact delivery time for the product is displayed under the "Shipping" tab. For larger orders or individual enquiries, the delivery time can be 3-4 weeks.
 
ARE SPARE PARTS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR SOME ITEMS?
Yes, e.g. the attachment for the "Clack" egg opener. If your attachment is defective, we will be happy to send you a new one!
 
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Within Germany the shipping costs are € 4.90. From a purchase value of € 24.00 we deliver free of charge!
For France, Great Britain, Netherlands and Austria the shipping costs are € 14,90.
We will also expand shipping to other countries in the near future.

CAN I ALSO ORDER ON ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can buy on account via Klarna and Paypal Plus.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM DOES NOT MEET MY REQUIREMENTS?
You can find everything you need to know about the right of return and our cancellation policy here under Right of cancellation.

WHAT DO I DO IF A PART OF THE GOODS ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Every item that leaves our warehouse is checked again in advance. In order to determine the damage and also to check the process with the shipping company in the best possible way, we ask you to contact us directly before returning the damaged item. Please state the invoice date and customer number.

IF I SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER, CAN I ALSO REDEEM A VOUCHER CODE VIA THE GUEST FUNCTION?
As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter and registered via the confirmation email sent to you, you will receive special offers, insights and tips. For legal reasons, a voucher code can only be redeemed by registered customers. You will receive this discount on your next order of €30 or more. You can simply enter and redeem it in the shopping basket during payment. The voucher code is valid for 2 months.

WHAT ARE MY BENEFITS AS A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER?
As a newsletter subscriber, you will always be informed in advance about new products, seasonal promotions, tips for using our products and exciting events. And on certain occasions, you can look forward to receiving a personalized gift. 

HOW LONG DO THE PRODUCTS REMAIN IN THE STANDARD RANGE?
Take2-Design products are in the range for years, most of them for over 20 years. The advantage for you is that you have the opportunity to buy additional products for a long time.

CAN I HAVE A PRODUCT SENT TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THAT OF THE PERSON PLACING THE ORDER?
Yes, of course. Simply enter another address in the dispatch type.

CAN I ALSO HAVE A PRODUCT SENT AS A GIFT WITHOUT AN INVOICE IN THE PARCEL?
Of course, you can. Your gift will arrive on time and directly from our company to the recipient.

CAN I HAVE PRODUCTS PERSONALISED WITH MY NAME?
In principle, almost all of them. More detailed information will follow soon.
